The Trice looks like a high-quality and sporty electric scooter, and because it is a vehicle for the disabled, you do not need a helmet or driver's license, even though the fastest model can reach 45 km per hour.

What is again very successful with the Trice, the three-wheel trike scooter, is the seating position and posture. Because the handlebars are slightly higher than on comparable 3-wheel scooters, the seating position is more pleasant and relaxed. Moreover, there is plenty of legroom for taller drivers. This allows you to cover many kilometers pleasantly and comfortably, even with someone on the back due to the generous saddle.

If you choose the highway-steps, you get extra footrests that allow you to sit wider. These are mounted on the side of the footplate. Ideal for tall people and handy when you don't want to maintain the same seating position all the time.

The 1000 Watt brushless motor is a real powerhouse. It is not only very reliable and free of wear-sensitive parts, but it also delivers serious performance. And… importantly… it is whisper quiet. The trike effortlessly reaches a speed of 25 kilometers per hour (even with 2 people), but can also be upgraded to 45 km/h. No license or helmet is required for that either.

Furthermore, the For Motion Trice can effortlessly handle a gradient of no less than 15 degrees, which is quite significant. This means that a very steep bicycle bridge or an underground parking garage (basement garage) does not pose an obstacle. The drive system is exceptionally strong.

Range & Battery Packs

As for the driving range, it is also very generously sized. Standard, the For Motion Trice is equipped with a 60 volt 40 Ah LiPo battery which is good for 2400Wh. This allows you to achieve a distance of 100 kilometers when driving continuously at 25 km per hour!

If 100 kilometers is not enough for you, you can also opt for a battery upgrade. A larger battery will be installed, allowing you to cover, for example, 150 kilometers on a single charge.

The battery is a LiPo battery. LiPo stands for Lithium Polymer. This updated technology has a lower fire risk than conventional cell batteries. Modern smartphones are equipped with a similar type of battery, but in this vehicle, it is much larger. The new technology thus provides an extra sense of safety.

The battery is also placed in a stainless steel (RVS) housing and equipped with its own digital battery meter. Stainless steel is a metal that cannot rust, so even here you can see that durability has been chosen, and no expense has been spared on materials.

There is plenty of space for batteries. A battery up to 80Ah can be built into the footplate, and there is also room for an 80Ah battery under the seat. In total, you can equip the vehicle with a maximum of 160Ah!

Space & Accessibility

The For Motion Trice is a full-fledged 2-seater. This 2-person mobility scooter offers enough space for 2 people. The person sitting on the back will certainly have nothing to complain about. There are footrests that are excellently positioned so that one can sit comfortably for a long time. The standard top case at the back serves not only as storage space but also as a backrest for the passenger. This allows the co-rider to sit wonderfully with a safe and secure feeling. If you choose the luxury case, it is slightly larger (38 liters) and removable!

The metal bracket on which the case is mounted also has handles that the passenger can hold onto. Truly very comfortable for the passenger.

The stabilized version has an extra steel plate that permanently blocks the tilting mechanism. As a result, the three-wheeler always stays upright, even when you are stationary. You never have to put a foot on the ground, even at a traffic light or while parking.

The non-stabilized version offers more driving dynamics and freedom of movement. Here, the steel plate is removed, and you can lean into corners, just like on a regular scooter. This version is only recommended if you still have enough strength and reaction speed in your legs.

Both versions are equipped with a manual lever on the left side of the handlebar. With this, you can temporarily block the tilting mechanism, for example, when braking for a traffic light.
