Return Policy

Legal Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the costs for return shipping from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

Return Conditions

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this decrease in value of the product.
  • Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.

Exception: Custom and Personalized Products

Products that are specially made to measure or personalized for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

These items cannot be returned or cancelled after confirmation of the order, as they are specifically manufactured according to your wishes.

Examples of custom work:

  • Products with specific adjustments in color, size or design.
  • Personalized products with name, logo or other specific features.

Return Procedure

  1. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@for-motion.nl.
  2. Please include your order number and (optionally) reason for return.
  3. After registration, you have 14 days to return the product.
  4. Pack the product well and send it back to the address below:

Refund

We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
