Who is behind this website — and who sells to you

How to reach us
Telephone: +31 85 212 97 54 (a Netherlands number)
Email: info@for-motion.nl
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Central European Time. +31 85 212 97 54 is a Netherlands number, so from a UK line your provider's international rates apply; WhatsApp and email cost you nothing extra and we ring you back. We answer in English.
Trade register
Registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce)
Registration number (KvK): 84900180
VAT identification number
NL004041431B60 — issued by the Netherlands tax authority. We hold no United Kingdom VAT registration today. What that means for the tax on your order is stated in your quote before you buy, never afterwards.
Who sells — and what we do not have in the United Kingdom
For Motion is a sole trader established in the Netherlands. Your quote, your contract, your invoice, delivery and the workshop all run through Heerde. We have no branch, no dealers, no showroom, no demonstration machines and no telephone number in the United Kingdom, and we are not registered with Companies House. We write that here rather than leave you to find it out. How advice and delivery work without a UK network is set out on the page delivery and advice.
Prices
Where a price appears on this website it is shown in euro, because the shop system holds euro prices only today. The Price Marking Order 2004 asks for a selling price that includes VAT and every other tax. Until a sterling price list exists, your written quote is the price statement: it names the full price of the machine, whether VAT and delivery are included, and whether any import VAT or duty falls due on arrival in the United Kingdom. Nothing is payable before you have that quote in writing.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Complain to us first, by email or telephone; most things are settled on the phone. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015 require us to tell you in writing the name and website of a certified ADR provider and whether we are prepared to use it. We are not obliged by law or by any trade body to use ADR, and we have not committed to a particular provider. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is no longer open to UK consumers and closed altogether on 20 July 2025.
Responsibility for this website's content
Henk Jan Renssen, at the address above. The statements about vehicle classes, licences, DVLA registration and insurance describe the law as at 13 September 2026, name the regulation each one comes from, and are not legal advice for your individual case. Which class a given model can be supplied and registered in we tell you in writing before you buy. The operators of external websites we link to are responsible for their own content.
